Crispy duck and bacon salad, with roasted almonds and pesto vinaigrette.
Sautéed mushrooms and green peppercorns, in a brandy cream with a brioche crumb.
Melon and caramelised fig, with a spiced cranberry and orange compote.

Roasted turkey breast with lemon thyme and sage, served with bacon and apple stuffing.
Braised lamb shoulder on sweet roasted parsnips, with a cranberry and port sauce.
Fillet of Sea bass with dill and citrus, on asparagus with a white wine crëme fraîche.
Mustard roasted ribeye steak with woodland mushrooms served with brandy and peppercorn sauce.
Roasted vegetables and goats cheese pancakes with a basil and tomato coulis.
