Soup of the day, with herb croutons.

 

Brie and bacon tartlet, with a cranberry chutney.

 

Chicken liver and pork pâté, with red onion chutney and toasted French bread.

 

Melon and crayfish tails, with a brandy and cherry compote.

 

Baked breakfast mushrooms, stuffed with a garlic herb crumb and mozzarella. With garlic mayonnaise.

Roast turkey, served with seasonal trimmings.

 

Fillet of salmon on puff pastry, with creamed leeks and white wine sauce.

 

Chicken fillet filled with cream cheese and garlic, with a white wine and tarragon sauce.

 

Rump steak with cherry tomatoes, red onions and mushrooms, served with a red wine jus.

 

Braised joint of lamb with mint and rosemary, in a redcurrant and cranberry gravy.

 

Roasted cherry tomatoes and caramelised vegetables, with tagliatelle and mozzarella cheese.
